Shosenkyo National Park
Spring,Summer,Autumn, and Winter, you can enjoy all of the seasons along the four kilometer Gorge. ATTENTION: The road along the Gorge is one way from Tenjinmori to Nousen from May to Nov.It can only accommodate small cars during weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. Cars are not permitted on weekends and National Holidays. There are 200 parking spaces at Tenjinmori. There is both a bus route and a walking path to the top of the Gorge. Recomended:How to see Shosenkyo Park your car at Tenjinmori.Walk up to Sengataki four km. Take the bus from Takiue to Tennjinmori, 15 minutes back to your car. If you come by the local bus from Kofu station, get off at Takiue and walk down to Tenjinmori four km.You can take the bus to Kofu station at Tenjinmori. Description of our Restauran
Our restarant is located at the gate of Shosenkyo right at the Tenginmori bus stop where the walking path begins. It was established in 1888 and it is the oldest shop in Shosenkyo.There are 80 free parking spaces next to the restaurant. Our restaurant is wheel chair accessible and free wi-fi. Our capacity is for 58 people.We proudly sell crystals, deer skin products, hoto, special chopsticks, and local sake. Our staff speaks English (in addition to Japanese) We are dog friendly so feel free to bring your dogs.
We have a lounge upstairs for relaxing or "chilling out" open from 11:00-14:00. It can accommodate a party of 4-10 people for free provided you make a reservation. Only one party per day and no shoes.
